I bought a set of All-Clad last summer and have really enjoyed cooking with them. As long as you use low heat, nothing sticks. I saw the stir fry pan and was able to buy it with a 20% coupon. I have used the pan several times and love it! It heats evenly, like all All-Clad, it cleans up beautifully and it cooks like a dream! My veggies are cooked crisp without the burned parts like my old wok. The first time I used it I cooked on high, like I usually do with a wok, and the veggies stuck. Next time I used low heat, nothing stuck and my stir fry was perfect. It is pricey, but works better than the old woks.
