I was suppose to receive 2 cooking utensils, which did not come with the purchase. Other than that I love the pots and pans.

Calphalon is truly the best when it comes to cookware. This set is awesome. It doesn't stick. Easy clean up. But do not put in the dishwasher; to keep them cooking like they should, definitely hand wash! Love them!

2 of the pans have a tiny chipped finish.

I paid a lot of money for a set of Emerial Lagasse's pans a few years ago. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of those products. I researched awhile until I found the Calphalon set. You had great reviews and that is why I chose your products. I gave my husband the, "No dishwasher, no scraping, no stacking on top of each other" lecture when I received the order. The box was mutilated when it had been delivered, but everything was still packed neatly. I was really upset yesterday when using one of the pots and the smaller skillet to find the finish chipped. The chips are tiny, but the fact is they are already there before my usage. I am 61 yrs. old and I expected to not have to pay for a new set of pots and pans again, especially the way I take great care of them! I am finding so many products are just not made to last. I am only reviewing this product as I hope you take any and all criticism toward the great reviews you should continue to receive. Thank you, Betty Bulik
