BOARD IS NICE AND THICK - LOVE THE DUAL FUNTIONALITY OF HAVING A LARGER CUTTING SURFACE FOR MEATS (WITH A JUICE GROOVE) THEN FLIP IT OVER AND HAVE A NICE AREA FOR CHOPPING VEGGIES THAT CAN EASILY BE PUSHED INTO PAN
