A wood specialist for more than 50 years, Catskill's experience with select eastern hardwoods sets it apart. The company uses only non-endangered, self-replenishing domestic species, such as hard maple and birch. This adjustable over-the-sink Cutting Board has pull-out plastic wires that adapt to fit almost any sink. It's a great help for cooks who need counter space, as it effectively turns the kitchen sink into a cutting surface. Extension wires extend an additional 3-inches.
Products offered by Catskill Craftsmen are made from naturally self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily birch and hard rock maple. Lumber is purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site. All sawdust, shavings and waste materials generated during the manufacturing process is converted into wood pellet fuel, and used to heat homes. Catskill Craftsmen operations generate no wood waste.

2nd cutting board, both have come Unglued separating the laminated pieces.

very disappointed - does not fit a standard sink. :o( Will keep just to save the hassle of returning but was not happy.

I've been looking for one of these for nearly five to six years. I"ve had one at a second home for quite a few years and I thought I had purchased it at Target. However, after years of not finding one like it finally decided to look online. And magic happened and I got it from you.

When counter space is limited, this over the sink cutting board is a life saver. The board is a sturdy and steady cutting surface. It is large enough to handle most products you would cut. I have often used it as a counter surface.
