All-Clad Stainless constructs the pan from 18/10 stainless steel material. The pan boasts non-eroding handles, which remain cool.
The roaster will safely cook a small 9 to 11 pound turkey while the All Clad roasting pan rack is nonstick for more convenience. The cooking rack remains suspended, which permits meat to simmer above the juices it emits during the roasting process. Picture has the lifting forks, not sure if they were part of the deal, if they were I didn't get the set.

I'm a budding chef (note: not "cook" :) and I'm upgrading all my kitchen ware. This roaster is just right for my needs. Heavy enough, the rack is perfect and it cleans easily. I don't mind that the bottom surface isn't perfectly flat because I don't use the roaster to make pan gravies: I deglaze the pan and finish the gravy in a sauce pan. All in all, it's just right.

A tad expensive but worth every penny. Cooks and cleans up great!
Love it and would purchase it again and recommend it to everyone.
