Very effective sheet. Far superior to single layer sheets. Much more uniform cooking. Get one (or two) you'll like it.

I do alot of baked fries, and this baking sheet is the cat's meow!! Non stick is right!! I never have any problems with the fries sticking when its time to flip them, (and don't forget, this is with the oven on 475!!) Clean up is a non event, a quick clean off, and ready for next time. A wonderful baking tool.
