Fantastic! Will order all the Doughmaker products. I Bake alot of choc. chip cookies & they were always turning out too brown on bottom & lite on top. Different every time and dry. Invested in prof.quality pans so I thought before this. Ha. Now These are professional! Even browning on All sides. Great Choc.Chip Cookies. Can't wait to order the rest of the line.

Best Cookie sheet ever

About 10 years ago I picked up a couple of these cookie sheets at a store and they were awesome. My mom has been trying to steal them for a long time. I could never find them in a store to buy more until I found them on this site. I ordered 2 for me and 2 for my mom so she can enjoy baking cookies that bake evenly and never burn on the bottom like most other pans. I never use any other cookie sheets. They work great for pizza too.

These things are great. They perform as advertised, and are much more sturdy than the old insulated sheet we've been using. This big one fits 2 dozen cookies!

I love all of the Doughmakers' products. They are excellent, and I have been replacing my old pans for these.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend because she borrowed the one I have (which I love) and was thrilled with it. I have two Doughmakers baking sheets and rarely use my other brand.

Doughmakers cookie sheetss are the best I've used. They are sturdy. I hate the ones that warp after 1 or 2 uses! They are nearly non-stick. And they are not the most expensive on the market.

Great Cookie sheets

These are the best cookie sheets I have used. We bake a wide variety of cookies for the holidays these sheets give a very even cooking. No sticking or burning when watched and none of that spring from uneven heating and cooling.

Room for 18 big cookies.

The cookies come out evenly baked and light brown on the underside. I do wish it was a bit deeper though. It's nice and wide, but would have liked it better if it was 18

Great for Bakers!

Although the cost of these cookie sheets caused me to pause, I ordered three (3) of them. Baking cookies on these cookie sheets is absolutely divine! Nothing sticks. No burned cookie bottoms. No cookies sliding across the sheet as you take it from the oven. Nothing burned to the cookie sheet itself. No after taste in your cookie from the cooking spray. This cookie sheet doesn't need cooking spray or flour or anything. Easy, easy, easy clean-up since virtually nothing (except the cookie) sticks to this cookie sheet. Just a light rinse with soapy water, then a clear water rinse, and towel dry -- you're done with clean-up. I recycled my pitiful BAKER's CHOICE cookie sheets which neither my dishwasher nor I could ever get clean. Now I'm buying a cookie recipe book because I don't have to chip the cookies off my cookie sheets anymore.

I bought one and had to have another

This cookie sheet is the best I have ever used. I've been baking for cookies for 37 years and this is by far the best cookie sheet. You can easily get 15 jumbo cookies or 2 dozen small size cokies.

the surface is much to rough

I was very disappointed when I recieved it. The edges were very sharp my 16 year old daughte cut her hand on one when we were taking it out of the box. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great Cookie Sheets

I made chocolate chip cookies on these sheets the other day and they are GREAT! The cookies baked and browned perfectly and they were so easy to remove!!!! Finally, I found the cookie sheets I've always wanted -- No more need for silpat sheets to make my holiday cookies. Next I'll try my macaroons. They are the most difficult to remove from the sheets without using silpat, so we'll see how these measure up! Definitely buy Doughmakers, you can't go wrong.

This is an amazing cookie sheet!

It fits perfectly in my oven, it cooks evenly, it cleaned beautifully, and it hasn't warped. What else could you ask for in a cookie sheet? Love it!

One note: This cookie sheet fits so many cookies that I have had to adjust the cooking times to a little longer.

Things stick a little more than I thought they would from other reviews. They do bake things evenly and I'm extremely pleased that they do not rust.

A Great Cookie Sheet

Any Doughmakers product is worth the money !! These are wonderful products to use. You will never burn a cookie with a Doughmaker cookie sheet. The 'pebble' texture on the pan lets air move through. Doughmaker is the only brand I use for bakeware !!

My friend told me about Doughmaker Products, she bakes all the time. I decided to purchase and try it out. This is the best baking sheet I have ever owned.

I put these right to use on sugar cookies and Toll House cookies. Both recipes turned out beautifully. I especially like the non-teflon surface (trying to avoid the chemicals). Cookies baked evenly with nice color, didn't stick and it was easy clean-up.
