Cookie Perfection

Cookies come out nicely browned and the cookie sheets are very sturdy.

The best cookie sheet I have ever used. It doesn't warp up in the oven and the cookies are evenly browned.
The size is a real asset. Great choice.

This pan is great. I just bought the one because I wanted to try it before I invested in more. Now I will slowly replace all my baking sheets with Doughmakers. I am very happy with it. Hopefully it will not wear like my double insulated one I got from Wilton. They warp over time and they get this discoloration on the back.

Bought this because I wanted fresh cookies. Had cheaper ones than burned and warped.
It is expensive, but worth it. Will last for years. Doesn't warp. Doesn't burn.

As advertised. Because it's nonstick when greased, things tend to slide off. Excellent value and performance.

After too many cookie batches ruined because the bottoms were burned, we bought these cookie sheets and our problem has been solved. So far we love them. They clean easily, they store easily, and they bake our cookies beautifully.

I bought this sheet because I needed something big, and this was the biggest I could find. The pebble finish may reduce sticking, but it doesn't eliminate it; moreover in a hot oven it develops hot spots. This is not a bad product, but it's not a good product either. I'm still looking for a large, good quality baking sheet.

Magnificant cookie sheets

I ordered two of these to make Christmas cookies after only being able to find teflon coated sheets which I wish to avoid. Both with or without parchment paper they perform superbly. They cool quickly for re-use.

Unusual use

I purchased this 14x20.5 in. Great Grand Cookie Sheet not to bake cookies on but to bake our Corian trivets. We needed a large cookie sheet to hold our large pieces. We hand-paint our trivets and they must be baked to seal the paints. This cookie sheet was just the right size and weight, it doesn't warp during baking which is extremely important. Great product, would buy again.

Doughmakers cookie sheets are the best!

I have a number of cookie sheets in my kitchen and will now throw them all out except for my new Doughmakers cookie sheets. The cookies I made on these sheets baked perfectly with no hot spots. They are also lightweight, easy to clean. Love them!

Great cookie sheet! I was surprised to find that it was not an air bake pan, because the reviews that I had read suggested that it was. It cooks like an air bake - makes great cookies and the bottoms do not burn! My old cookie sheets ruined cookies! The first batch I made on these cookie sheets was great! No complaints.

Cookies do not burn, cook evenly, and the sheet is easy to clean. All I wanted. Thought price was slightly high, hence not a 5 star rating.

Best cookie sheets I've ever used

I bought these based on a review in a cooking magazine and have enjoyed using them for several years. I recently purchased a second set so that I can bake faster. These sheets are great for easy release due to the marbled texture.

36 years A Chef it is now the only one.

I have bought some of the most expensive cookware to be found. This cookies sheet is outstanding. I couldn't believe the price. I sure didn't think I would get that kind of quailty.
I spent 36 years as a chef and have tried so many brand at hugh prices and never felt that they were worth the price I paid. I bought a cookie sheet about 3 years ago and paid $45.00 on sale, so not worth it. This cookie sheet out does it by a mile and for a lot less money.

I had two of the smaller size of these sheets and they are great, but these are even better! More cookies per sheet so I get done baking faster.

These sheets allow cookies to bake evenly and release better than smooth cookie sheets. Two cautions: 1. DO NOT use any sort of cooking spray (Pam, etc.). It will leave a nasty, sticky residue that is nearly impossible to get off. I use only shortening (Crisco) applied with a paper towel. 2,. DO NOT wash these sheets while hot. They will warp and you will cry!

Yes, these sheets are more expensive, but they are so very worth it.

This cookie sheet is awesome! It bakes cookies so evenly and fits so many on the sheet. The clean up is a breeze. After 30 years of baking I'm so thrilled I finally found a great cookie sheet! My son is getting married in July and I plan on purchasing these cookie sheets for my future daughter in law. Kudos to the doughmaker gals!

A Good Cookie Sheet, but

The label was held on with 4 globs of what seemed like industrial grade epoxy. I had to use Goop Off and scrub with a Scotch pad for over 10 minutes to get it off. Other Doughmakers products come in a bag with a page of paper that is not glued on. Now that I am done ripping on them, I really do like the cookie sheet, and I have been using 2 identical ones for the last 5 years, I just needed more. The cookies are nice and uniformly golden on the bottom, and still soft and chewy on top. It is in my top 3 cookie sheets along with Allclad's and King Arthur Flour's.

This is truly a great investment for any kitchen! It is heavy enough not to warp, yet lite enough to handle. It browns lightly and evenly-no more burned cookies! It is also big enough to fit 20 cookies on, but be careful if your oven is small.
