I THOUGHT THIS PAN WAS A BIT NARROW THEN I THOUGHT. ALSO VERY LIGHT WEIGHT , NOT LIKE THE PANS OF YEARS AGO. I THOUGHT THE METAL WOULD BE MUCH HEAVIER AND IT LOOKS VERY FLIMSY. I HAVE NOT USED IT YET BUT PLAN TOO FOR NEXT WEEKEND COMPANY. I WILL KNOW MORE THEN.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet but it appears not to be too tinny or cheap in quality. I was happy that it arrived ahead of schedule.

The edges are very sharp and I cut myself . Besides that, it made my tart wonderfully and it had a professional appearance.

The pan came quickly by delivery service and I used it right away. It worked perfectly, lightly browned crust and a lemon tart!
