These sheets hold about 20% more than a standard sheet, and the non-stick surface works great.

I've been looking for a cookie sheet of this size for almost 10 years to replace the one I had. I was extremely thankful when my husband found this cookie sheet! It's the perfect cookie sheet! I make cookies pretty much every weekend and this sheet produced the most perfect cookie I have ever made. I'm just wishing I had bought more then 1 :)

These cookie sheets rock.....they are the large and cook evenly and the non stick surface is thick not easily scratched. If you are a cookie maverick these are for you!
