The weight, finish and easability of use were my top priorities and this pan worked in all three areas. The price was the best I had found for the quality.

I haven't yet used this Madeleine pan..am going to make Madeleine's for a Valentine's Party. The pan looks to be of good quality, sturdy. We'll see next week! ct
