Do not know why you cannot put more things in a box when you ship these products. It saves your customer on shipping charges, which are outrageous, plus saves on the enviroment with all of the JUNK packageing !!!!!!!

Product made in China, for those of you who are looking for "Made in the USA." The glue that held the paper product label was very difficult to remove, and I could not use harsh abrasives, or I might damage the finish. The glue eventually came off, after I oven-fried potatoes a few times in olive oil. Interesting to find out what "aluminized steel" means, since that is what product is made of. There is a 25-year limited warranty, which I take to mean Chicago Metallic believes in its product. Pan should not be exposed to "temperatures over 550 (F)." Not a problem for me--my oven only goes to 500F. So far, I've used it at 425 and 450F with no problem. I purchased this pan size because my wonderful Fanny Farmer Cookbook (or Joy of Cooking) recommended 10 X15 as a good jelly-roll pan size to have. Easy to wash, b/c smaller than my older pans. They fit in my sink, length-wise! Also, these don't warp, and my potato fries come off relatively easily, minimum sticking. Rim perfect height for jelly rolls. So far, I'm pleased.

A very well made pan with a nice weight to it - not flimsy at all. Can stand up to whatever you need it for.

At last - a pan that fits inside my oven! Since purchasing my Heartland Classic antique style stove, with its small sized oven racks in 2002, I've been on the search for small but large enough bakeware and cookware to fit it. The other problem has been quality. This pan fits perfectly both ways! I only bought one in case it didn't work out, but I'm going back for 3 more soon! Thanks Food Network store!

I actually have two of these, from two different orders. As soon as you open the package, you can tell the quality of this piece. It is a nice heavy gauge metal with the reinforcement. The first one I put in the dishwasher and it cleaned up nicely but did discolor. My new one I have washed by hand and it still looks new after dozens of uses. The grid that fits is fantastic. I put anything at all on it, wings in the convection come out crispy, the fat drained to under the grid, fries, kabobs too. The fact that it fits front to back in my oven allows me to place both pans on the same rack in the oven, leaving the second rack open for a large casserole or dutch oven. I love it and eventually want to replace all of my cookie sheets with these.

I do not have a broad experience with jelly roll pans, but this one does the job just fine. It is about the only nice one I could find to fit in my E-Z Bake-like oven.

Excellent weight pan. Commercial grade. Would recommend as it is definitely a heavier pan, just what I was searching for and very difficult to find in the stores.
