Great pizza pan that releases without the use of grease or flour. Also works well with cookies and other baked items. Heavy duty so pan does not warp.

The weight, shape and surface of pan are conducive to even browning and quick release of crust.

I bake pizza about once a month and this pan is great. Like other pans, it does scratch easily, so I try to move the pizza to a cutting board after baking. I love the doughmaker pans, especially the cookie sheets.
