Was excited to get this knife, but when I got it home and used it. I was disappointed. The knife feels too light. Also was not very Sharp. Had to sharpen it myself. Knife looks great but I think that the knife Guy uses on his show is different than the ones that are being sold to consumers. My Shun knives are far more superior than his knife. I know that Shun knives are more expensive, but like they say, you get what you pay for.

Utility Knife

It's a little on the small size & light weight as well. Expected more bang for my buck.

This knife lives up to what is advertised. It is so balanced that it DOES feel like a part of your hand. Great product!!

Battle Station

I love the battle station. It has a slot big enough for the Knuckle Sandwich series cleaver which I was very happy about. In my station right now i have the KS Steak Knives, Dragon Knife, Chefs Knife, Santoku, paring, Cleaver, and meat thermometer. I wish it held the carving set from the ks series as well. Very please with all of the Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Series products...

Guy Fieri's 8" Chef Knife

The BEST knife we have ever had in our kitchen. It is AWESOME...just like Guy! A bit pricey, but you hardly need another knife to cook with!!!

I've been looking for a good knife set that is well made and easy on my wallet. Guy's set provided both. My wife and I love it. We were given a set of german made knives for our wedding by a relative twenty-two years ago and they still are usable butt the wood handles are wearing out. I am confident that the knuckle sandwich set will last as long if not longer.

Top quality knife etc. block. Slots for scissors, sharpener, 17 slots in all. 8 for steak knives from Fieri collection, slots for the four chef knives in the fieri colection, that makes 12. Five empty slots? Where are the other products to fill the Battle Station block??

Knives have a great feel in your hand, very balanced and ready to use right out of the box. I own the entire set of Knuckle Sandwich knives and am very pleased with their performance.

Knives - a good value

I have purchased all the knives seen on Guy's television show and they are well worth the money. I was a meat cutter for many years and later a Federal Meat Inspector before retiring, so I have been around knives all my life. These knives are a very high grade quality much like the knives I used cutting meat. The handles fit your hand perfectly and makes the chopping action very smooth. The colors of the handle are a reflection of Guy's taste and very colorful to all our guests who immediately want to know where I got them. I also gave these same knives to my son for Christmas last year and he couldn't be happier.

I bought this as a gift to my hubby. He is training to become a chef and loves it! I read reviews on the handle and that is what sold it for me! I have other knives that are big and bulky for my hands and cutting greasy things become problematic because the handle is so big and bulky! Used this and loved it! The weight on the knife is perfect!! Hubby loves it, we went right out and bought tons of fruits and veggies for him to cut! He even uses this to fillet his fish! I would recommend this to everyone! Great knife!!

Works and looks awsome

This knife works great. I like the way it cuts and the contor is good for my big hands. I don't put it in the dish washer and wash and dry it after every use and have had no problems with it. Sturdy and well made.

The Chef's knife is a bit high priced, but I was willing to pay more for a really good knife, and this appears to be of exceptional quality thus far. I use it nearly every day. Thanks.
