Great knife, Guy!

I am very pleased with this knife. It's light weight, has a nice grip, and is perfect for using with a rocking motion to chop vegetables, etc. It has become the knife I reach for first!

Good overall design

Great look and feel. ergo design really works. only downside is the graphics, poor quality screen printing, I would expect laser etched.

Guy's Knives are the best

This knife are the best I have ever used. I have many knives but these are so much better. As Guy would say "This knife is out of the park"

Icook for all sorts of people. I love cooking on a daily basis.But one thing I do not like is useing crapy knifes, But this is not one. This knife is Awesome light, well balanced the handle took a minute to get use to but after that it,s been great And it looks cool to.Dude is off the hook and so is this knife,So if you are looking for cool knife that work,s and feel,s great this is the one for you !!!!!!

8" Big Stick Chef's Knife

I purchased this for my husband. I find the knife too big for my hand personally. I use a Wustoff 7" Santuko knife for my chopping which I prefer. The knife, is however very sharp. My husband says he likes it. We love Food Network - we watch many shows and utilize many of your on-line recipes.

Knife Block

I like the look of the Knife Block but am worried that it can chip the paint over time if I miss putting a knife in properly.

I purchased this knife based on the reviews of other's. The only review I found "odd" was the person who thought the blade was too sharp. Their review (in reverse) only confirmed that I needed this knife and I'm glad I purchased it. The pairing and chopping knife set will arrive soon...can't wait!

Fantastic Quality!

Bought this set of steak knives for my Dad as a Christmas gift. Purchased the block set last year for him and this set will complete it. He LOVES to cook and is a huge Food Network/Guy Fieri fan! He has raved about the quality of these knives time and time again! I'm glad that they were affordable enough for me to give!

good heavy blade.

the blade had some heft when used. blade looks great, as I use a magnetic storage system for knives this knife gets noticed often. only down side is that the blade guard does not work when you use it with a wall mount magnetic storage block.

Bought for hubby, who is the cook in the family. He LOVES this knife. So much sharper than his other knives. I love the sound effects. When you move the knife just so, it sounds just like the sword fighting sound effects!

great guy knife

i bought this knife for my husband. it has a nice weight to it and seems to be balanced well. of course it looks super awesome. the perfect guy knife line. it came very sharp. i haven't had it long enough to know how well it will hold it's edge, however seems to be doing a really good job.
