I JUST GOT MY GUY FIERI KNIFE IN LAST WEEK. I HAVE USED IT 3-4 TIME ALREADY AND I LOVE THE EASE OF CHOPPING VEGGIES. THE DESIGN OF THE KNIFE ALLOWS YOU TO CHOP WITHOUT RAISING THE KNIFE TOO HIGH. IN ADDITION, IT IS BY FAR THE BEST LOOKING KNIFE IN MY COLLECTION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS KNIFE TO ANY AND EVERYONE !!!

Valentine's gift for husband

My husband loves to cook and we are watching what we eat so I came up with the idea to get this knife and Guy's other one for Valentines gift. Probably the best gift yet. He loves them.

I actually purchased this knife for my husband's birthday and he was thrilled with it. It seems to be a very well made knife and I hope he gets years of use out of it.

Great Looking and Working Knife

I placed this order for my 13 year old son. He has been taking culinary classes and saved up his babysitting money to buy this knife. He first saw it at the Cleveland Food Show. Not only does it look cool but it is a great knife. I find I keep reaching for it and "borrowing" it because I like it better than my own knives.

The knife is beautiful and cuts smoothly, however, as I have small hands it is a little bit big for me. I wish I had ordered the smaller version of the knife. Overall, it's an awesome tool!

nice knife but could stand improvment

loved the looks but knife is too bulky to hold and peel an apple but works great on cutting board. So far it is holding the sharpness, would like the knife to be a little less weight like the shun knives.

I have worked with alot of Chef knives in the past, and have come across some really good ones. The knuckle sandwich knife is right up there with the top ones i have used. It is very well balanced, feels good in my hand and the grooves in the blade that keep the foods i am cutting from sticking really make it stand out above all other chef knives i have used. I would defenitely buy another recommend this knife to anyone who loves a good chef knife and doesn't have a couple hundred to spend on it.

need instructions

I already had a tomatoe knife and thought from your description/information that this was more multipurpose as well as easier to handle. It is a beautiful knife and maybe I just needed to learn the correct technique. Have you considered a video on skills?

I bought all of Guy Fieri's knives as a present for my husband. He LOVES them plus they look way cool up on our magnetic knife holder in our kitchen.
