For baking sponge cakes, large quantities of cookies and even for heating hors d'oeuvres, this Jelly Roll Pan by Doughmakers will help you achieve perfect results. Designed by three sisters, Doughmakers bakeware offers good old-fashioned quality, starting with a heavy gauge of solid aluminum. Each pan surface features an Original Pebble Pattern that is not a coating but a texture that's embossed right into the pan, which offers the benefits of nonstick without a chance of peeling. It also holds grease and flour better and allows air to circulate properly for even baking. Doughmakers pans have strong edges to prevent warping, extra depth and straight sidewalls for professional results. It's craftsmanship you can count on every time you bake.

  • For the best baking results:

The Doughmakers heavy aluminum 10x15 Jelly Roll Pan produces the best baking results. It is so much like the pans that worked so well for my mother and grandmother for many years and I'd love to get those back. Instead, I've stocked up on the Doughmakers pans.

Pans with the dark-nonstick coating cause over browning on the bottoms of cookies, bars and breads while the pans with air in-between the metal layers require a longer bake time for nice browing on tops of cookies but then the cookies dry out and become hard and tough.

The Doughmakers pans produce perfect baked products every time - you would think that I owned shares in the Doughmakers stock (I don't) but as a professional Home Economist, I do a lot of baking and cooking and I know a good pan when I see one!

  • I had never owned any of Doughmakers products and just decided to try a few, and this jelly roll pan was one of them. I absolutely LOVE it. It really does bake more evenly than other baking pans that I have used. It cleans up really well and because of that cool peppled design I haven't had a problem with anything sticking to it. If I am going to bake something that I feel might stick I just put a few drops of oil on the pan and rub it around with a paper towel. I'm not going to use any non-stick spray on it because I'm afraid it will leave that awful residue that you can't get off. I highly recommend this pan.

  • I was totally satisfied with the 15+10 pan. Have used it once. Good heavy weight and I like the fact it doesn't have a coating I have to worry about protecting. Thank you.

  • Best Bakeware

This is my first purchase of this brand. I was extremely pleased with th e way this bakeware cooked and the clean up is amazing. The cookies I made in this plan all came out uniformly baked/color. The clean up was a breeze. I would highly recommend this for use both as a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.

  • I would pay a few more dollars if these pans were made in the USA. I was disappointed when I saw they were made in China.

These are fine pans, though one of them arrived a bit bent, which was dissappointing. Can't figure out how to straighten it and seems a little much to send it back.

  • One of a Kind

I bought the larger size of this pan 20 years ago and it hasn't aged or rusted. I have used it for many baking needs from cookies to fish. My daughter just got her own apartment, so I looked for a similar pan at retail stores & found none like it, so I went back to Betty Crocker & bought 2 more.

    I recommend this product.

  • The pan fits into my oven!!

My new jelly roll pan is great. It is great because it fits into my oven which was installed as a double oven in 1964. Also, I do not use it for jelly rolls but for "Mondel Brot" (almond bread) which needs to be baked twice. Previous to my new jelly roll pan, before the cookie sheets could be used for the second baking they needed a good scurb. My new pan just has a great finish that only needs a swish of a damp dish cloth.

    I recommend this product.

  • bought 2, each warped on first use

I read reviews, thought this was a high quality product, maybe I got part of a bad batch? Each one warped the first time I used it, at what I consider normal oven temperatures (375/400-ish).

  • Pan warped slightly in 350 degree convection oven even when holding a 6 lb roasting chicken. When cooled down, was able to get it to lie flat again by bending against the warp. Pan cleaned up easily.
