For the best baking results:

The Doughmakers heavy aluminum 10x15 Jelly Roll Pan produces the best baking results. It is so much like the pans that worked so well for my mother and grandmother for many years and I'd love to get those back. Instead, I've stocked up on the Doughmakers pans.

Pans with the dark-nonstick coating cause over browning on the bottoms of cookies, bars and breads while the pans with air in-between the metal layers require a longer bake time for nice browing on tops of cookies but then the cookies dry out and become hard and tough.

The Doughmakers pans produce perfect baked products every time - you would think that I owned shares in the Doughmakers stock (I don't) but as a professional Home Economist, I do a lot of baking and cooking and I know a good pan when I see one!

I had never owned any of Doughmakers products and just decided to try a few, and this jelly roll pan was one of them. I absolutely LOVE it. It really does bake more evenly than other baking pans that I have used. It cleans up really well and because of that cool peppled design I haven't had a problem with anything sticking to it. If I am going to bake something that I feel might stick I just put a few drops of oil on the pan and rub it around with a paper towel. I'm not going to use any non-stick spray on it because I'm afraid it will leave that awful residue that you can't get off. I highly recommend this pan.

Doughmakers are the best baking pans I've seen in a long time. Not only do the cakes and cookies bake well, the pans are easy to clean. I'd say - buy them in every size!

I liked this pan so well that I ordered another one. Cookies and rolls or any baked goods come out great! They are cooked evenly on top and bottom.
