Part of this new series is its large electric skillet with a cooking surface that's big enough for family breakfasts or a large pot roast with vegetables. It has a smooth, brushed stainless steel exterior with solid cast stainless handles. The powerful, 1500 watts heat up fast and maintain the temperature selected for consistent results. A temperature probe adjusts from Warm to 450 degrees, allowing you to fry, saute, braise or simmer. The nonstick cooking surface eliminates the need for excess butter or oil for healthier cooking. Plus, cleanup is even faster. With the temperature probe removed, the entire skillet is dishwasher-safe.

I have owned so any electric skillets in the past , I have grown to despise them. This new skillet is a wonder. It heats evenly, which means it cooks evenly. It holds a steady temperature and helps me turn out great meals. Good Product!

I have used the skillet several times since my purchace and find no faults with it. It has good capacity, and holds the temp setting well.

Built to last, sturdy, easy to clean, great size for use for family get togethers, can even use to fry fish,onion rings chicken, Love it!

I have used it a few times since I purchased it and really like it. It cooks evenly all over and is so easy to clean. It's nice and sturdy so it doesn't slide around when you're turning food or pushing it around. Excellent product.
