Stainless Steel is the best!

I love to roast, and amazingly enough there aren't that many all stainless steel roasting racks out there. This one is great in any case, really easy to clean and big enough for everyday cooking. If I had to nitpick my problem with it would be the handles on the rack is a little annoying only cause the don't catch on anything when you put them upright, so it doesn't stay, but doesn't really effect me all that much.

THIS PAN HAS BEEN ON MY WISH LIST FOR A LONG TIME. COOKED A HAM AND IT TURNED OUT DELICIOUS. CLEANUP IS A BREEZE. IT WILL BE MY REGULAR GO TO PAN. WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?

Slightly Concave Bottom

For ease of use in the oven, removing a large roast or turkey, this pan is the best. Clean up is also easy. However, the slightly concave bottom does not allow the greater part of its surface to come in contact with the stove top when making pan gravy.

This is just the roaster I was looking for. I wanted a durable roasting pan and did not want to pay for the high end roasters. This pan held a 17 pound turkey with ease and the clean up was easy. The rack handles are movable and did not get in the way. Very pleased with this pan.

The best part of the roasting pan was the removable rack. It made removing the turkey a breeze. It also allowed me to carve the turkey right on the rack without the turkey slipping all over the counter. It was very easy to clean and looked like new after.
I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Very Good Roasting Pan

Christmas gift for a cook

The roasting pan was for my gourmet cook in the family my son David.We have visted his home three times since we gave him the gift and the roaster was in use twice.A real gift that keeps on giving!

His kitchen is the state of art and the roasting pan is a welcome complement .

I just wish the handles for the rack were not on the ends but on the sides and would lock in place. With a pan like this why would you need to spend $100 or more for one that works the same?

The only problem was, the handles for the rack tend to lean into the meat you are cooking. small piece of tin foil keeps them from sticking. clean up was very easy.

Decent Roasting Pan

This is a great pan for the price. Only downside is that the handles tend to fall in and it's difficult to lift the rack out of the pan when hot.

I needed a new roasting pan for Thanksgiving so I did a search for Turkey Roasting Pan. The Food Network site had this pan on sale at a great price. Many other sites were between $75 - $150. I visit the Food Network site many times per week, but this was my first order experience - very pleased.

PERFECT

I love the size, perfect for a large turkey. The removable rack with side handles is great, and the fact that I can go straight to making the gravy right in the pan makes this pan a Thanksgiving dream.

I was having trouble finding a stainless steel roaster for my mother, who has a smaller oven. This one is great and worked well. My only complaint, a minor one, is the rack handles should lock in place so they don't fall over onto the meat.
