Concern with longevity of foot coverings

The purchase of the stainless steel sink protector was done with the knowledge that SS will uphold over a very long period of time. One concern
we have, however, is with the bonded black rubber foot coverings. Will
they hold up for a very long time? Plus, will harsh chemicals affect their
longevity? Will they be replaceable, if necessary?
We thought that the shipping/handling fee of $6.99 for an $8.95 product was
too much.

I really like the sink protector, but I ordered one in November 2007 and it cost 8.95, and I just ordered this again for a gift and the price went up to 11.95 - that is a big jump in price

Much better than the plastic/rubber sink protectors. Would like for it to be a bit beefier, but that wouldn't stop me from buying another just like this one. Another good thing is this won't rust through and stain our sink.

This fit perfectly into my sink and it prevents the sink from being scratched, but still keeps the beauty of the sink. I'm very pleased.

I looked all over town for an in sink rack and just couldn't find one that fit my sink until I hit this site. It came quickly, in good condition , well packaged and the shipping was reasonable. I would highly recommend this product and the company ,
