With its compact dimensions (16.5 x 12-in.), this broiler pan slides right inside your oven. On top, place steaks, seafood or vegetables and let them broil. This broiler pan is so easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it. and it does a great job and is the perfect size for one or a family.

The pan is a fabulous size - not as cumbersome as the pan that comes standard with the oven. The surface is easier to clean than the oven standard, although still not as easy as I hoped even with vegetable oil brushed across it. The other problem with the pan is that there are no instructions. I don't know if it's dishwasher safe. I don't know if there are any tips on cleaning the pan by hand. I don't know if the pan heats up differently than a standard broiler pan (in terms of adjusting cooking times).

I was disappointed in the broiler pan that I received because it is not an easy clean-up. I have another one at my home in New York and find it very easy to clean-up. If it wasn't for that I think it is wonderful

After about 3 uses, charred bits of my steak stuck to the pan and could not be removed with soap and water.
