The Norpro 16.5-in. x 12-in. x 2-in. Nonstick Broiler Pan makes using your broiler easier than ever. This two-piece pan comes in a convenient size that's easy to use and store. It includes a perforated top with ridges that allow fats and oils to drip away from the food. The bottom pan catches the drippings so you can make delicious gravy or sauces to serve with your meal. This broiler pan is made from heat-conductive aluminum and coated with a nonstick finish, which means there's no messy cleanup. The Norpro 16.5-in. x 12-in. x 2-in. Nonstick Broiler Pan is ideal for searing, caramelizing, charring and toasting. Use it for quick-cooking thin cuts of meat like steak, pork and chicken cutlets as well as vegetables and seafood. Fish, which is prone to drying out when roasted, can be broiled quickly to retain moisture. Try caramelized broiled pineapple or charred red peppers to bring flavor and excitement to a meal. For a quick lunch, the broiler pan can be used to toast cheesy open-faced sandwiches.

  • Sorry I bought this.

The non-stick surface started coming off after only a few uses in spite of careful cleaning with a nylon scrubber. Now the food is stuck to the pan with no way to remove it without taking off more of the non-stick surface. The pan seems

  • The pan is a fabulous size - not as cumbersome as the pan that comes standard with the oven. The surface is easier to clean than the oven standard, although still not as easy as I hoped even with vegetable oil brushed across it. The other problem with the pan is that there are no instructions. I don't know if it's dishwasher safe. I don't know if there are any tips on cleaning the pan by hand. I don't know if the pan heats up differently than a standard broiler pan (in terms of adjusting cooking times).

    I recommend this product.

  • Nonstick Broiler Pan

This is a wonderful pan. Easy cleanup, light weight and many uses....broiling, baking or roasting. I gave one as a gift to my bachelor son and he does more cooking now since it is so easy to clean up after using.

  • great broiler pan

This is a great broiler pan. Every Christmas my family makes swedish meatballs and the old pan my mom used finally was retired and we needed to find another pan. This pan did a great job and was easy to clean. The meatballs tasted the best and my mother liked the pan so much she gave one to each of my family members for Christmas!

  • Best Nonstick Boiler Pan ever

This broiler pan is the best! With literally a quick soapy rinse and wipe, it is clean and ready to put away for the next use. I have bought them as gifts for my daughter and daughters-in-law as well. Why would anyone spend time scrubbing when it is not necessary?

    I recommend this product.

  • I haven't had it long enough, but I hope it stays nonstick! I have yet to find a broiler that lasts this way. My husband and I have an agreement. I cook and he cleans up. Since his concept of cleaning involves rubbing a sudsy cloth over the broiler, I really need nonstick.

    I recommend this product.

  • I've used this nonstick broiler pan and been amazed at how easily the pan cleaned up and how little the food even stuck to it. It has a finish as if it had a coating of oil on it which very little adheres to. I am very happy with this product.

  • Everyone should have this broiler pan. It is light weight, which helps me very much since I have arthritis in my hands and forearms.
I can rinse off any fat that has collected and get it clean in the dishwasher.
As I get older, more and more products that I have used for years, no longer are satisfactory for my use.
Thank you so much for making my life easier!

  • This broiler pan works very well and keeps clean up to a minimum. I would recommend it to any one-just remember that you don't have to use any non stick spray on this because the non stick surface really works.

  • This is a great little broiler pan. It's not as large as the standard broiler pans that come with the oven/range, but it's the perfect size for couples-sized meals. It easily did 12 lamb chops. Cleaned up like a DREAM, a swish of a sponge and a squirt of water. It's too early to judge how long-lasting it will be, but at this price, I'd buy one every year or two to keep the great non-stick coating.

    I recommend this product.

  • This broiler pan has a nonstick surface which makes for easy cleaning after baking in the oven. It's a really great pan that's a perfect size for the oven and broilers food evenly and easily.

  • I've only used it once, so far, so can't give a longterm review. Non-stick aspect was good and made it easy to clean. Deep pan is nice so that fat didn't drip when I removed pan from broiler. I wish the broiler pan had a larger cooking surface, however, to hold more. It's slightly smaller than my old one.

    I recommend this product.

  • The first time I used this broiler pan, cleanup was a breeze. However with the 2nd use the non stick spray has become permanently stuck onto the surface in places where I did not have food on the pan. The pan did not come with recommendations not to use non stick spray so I was a little surprised when this happened. On the plus side, the drip tray is nice and deep and certainly can be used as a roasting pan as the description suggests.
