After struggling with warping at high temps from other pans, I've found that this pan hasn't warped yet. And it's very heavy; professional type quality for a pan that is used regularly in a non-professional kitchen.

Very heavy weight and well constructed. The edges are rolled with enough gap to let water run out and dry correctly. I bought this to replace the 'dark' roll pan I have that has a tendency to burn at the bottom (maybe its just me). So far so good! I can imagine that this pan will stand the test of time.

I love these pans. They don't warp while your cooking and it was perfect for my pumkin rolls this Thanksgiving.
