Cooling Rack Doesn't Meet Claim

This product claims to be dishwasher safe. I ordered 2 racks. After one wash in the dishwasher they both rusted.

Great Rack

I bought this not only for a rack for cooling baked goods but for using while roasting. Could not tell from the description whether it was going to fit in my 13x18x1 pans, but it fit perfectly and performed exactly as I had hoped. The racks are nice and strong and don't wobble or bend at all.

Cooling racks

I really like these both for cooling cookies and for baking chicken, etc., because they allow the liquids and fat to drip into the tray. I just wish they were about a quarter in higher.

I have been trying to find a rack to fit into my baking sheet for years. I have always had to use a deep baking pan and small rack to cook roasts etc. This product lets me use my baking sheet with the rack. It allows for air to flow around the things I am roasting and is especially great for doing bacon in the oven. No more splatter mess and it comes out crispy! Thanks for solving my baking/roasting problems. This product has also been recommended by America's Test Kitchen and I have to agree it is AWESOME!!!

perfect cooling rack for baked goods

The grids on the cooling rack prevent small baked goods from slipping through, unlike regular bars. This product is substantial and can double as a trivet!

These cooling racks are great! Plenty of cross support so that when they are loaded with food, they do not flex and bend, spilling whatever they are holding. Buy 'em!!

Not at all flimsy like some I have purchased. It fits my half-sheet baking pans perfectly. I recommend this rack if you are wanting something with some stability to it.

jerky rack

I purchased a smoker last year and they don’t make any jerky racks for it. So I bought these and cut them to fit. They worked great and are non-stick, so just pop them in the Dishwasher for an easy cleanup
Just bought 4 more which I will bend instead of cutting and double my cooking area. Can’t wait until the next batch of venison smoked jerky,MMMMMMMMMMMM good!

Metal Rack Rocks!

I bought this rack especially for cooking bacon in the oven and being able to make "Oven-fried" chicken. It is excellent! It allows the heat to evenly flow around the meat and cooks it to perfection!

I was soooo pleased you let me know when the 16-in. cooling rack by Chicago Metallic was in. I ordered it right away and it came in record time. I have been looking for one to fit into my baking pans and it fits perfectly; others I saw were too long or wide. Thank You for carrying such wonderful products. You are the Best! MC

Love it. Used it in a sheet pan to brown meatballs in the oven. No sticking and cleanup was a snap. Also have used it for cooling cookies and worked very well. I am going to buy more and get rid of my old cooling racks

I absolutely LOVE these cooling racks! The main reason I bought them is to make oven fries. They fit perfectly on my 18x13x1 cookie sheet. And the potatoes come out crispy on both sides!! I would definitely recommend purchasing these!! Nothing sticks to them and Thanks Food Network!

Takes up little room, is sturdy and fairly easy to clean. The grid is small enough to prevent even the tiniest cookies from falling through. No sharp edges.
