This spice rack was ordered three separate times and each time one of the spice bottle holders was broken off from the main framework.
There was never any sign of any damage to the packing. After the third time we are sending the item back, once more, and having you folks refund the purchase price.

I really likes this spice rack because I was able to customize what I put in it. So many racks come prefilled and you don't know how long the spices have been sitting on the store shelf. My only complaint would be that once you open the lid there is only a "shaker", which you have to pop off for things like rosemary, cloves etc. Overall a good product though.

Needed a spice rack for existing spices and it was nice to find one that wasn't prefilled. Lids seem a little flimsy. But I will order more.
