Highly Disappointed..........

by Kathey, NV
January 13, 2008

I was disappointed in this product because you have to plug in and plug out to control the temperature. I was under the impression that it kept your food warm. It burned my cheese dip so bad that it curdled the cheese. I ended up making more in my microwave for my guests. What made this even worse was that I had purchased two of these because I had a couple of dishes I wanted to keep warm. I definately would not recommend.

Little Dipper Review

by Lisa, IL

I like this product for heating small amounts. The only things I didn't care for were that they didn't have a temperature control for high and low and you can't remove the ceramic to clean. Other than that I'm happy with it and for the price I would recommend it.

I love my Little Dipper! We had a holiday open house last weekend and had two working overtime to keep our dips warm. It's much better than re-microwaving!

I love this little crock pot - we are using it for making hot cereals for breakfast. We plug it into a timer so that it starts a few hours before we get up and have hot steel cut oats or hot grits for breakfast. It is wonderful. Haven't used it for dip yet, but hope it does as nice a job there. Its a great little product. Judi

Great for Irish Oatmeal

by June, WA
January 23, 2011

I originally had one that came with my slow cooker, but my husband dropped it while taking it to work. He had heard and read it was great for steel cut oats and he's right. He has it at work now and swears it makes the best Irish oats ever!

Little Dipper Review

by Elizabeth, CA
January 2, 2008

We used this Little Dipper for Christmas Eve to keep a hot spicy cheese sauce hot. Yes, it works, but since it has no temp. control, it got the cheese a little too overcooked. You might have to put things that don't have to come to a boil on for awhile, then turn off for awhile so they won't get overcooked. Also, it doesn't hold that much, so you might want to get a crock pot a little bigger size that has a

great little item for all kitchens

by Elizabeth, TN

I love this little cooker. It's a great item to have. I hate pulling out a large appliance for a small job and i seem to use this almost everyday for something. I do wish they would put an on/off cord on it.

Great for dips

by Kimberly, NC
July 23, 2010

My son was having a party and all of his hot dips got so cold so fast that we needed something else. This is a perfect size for a small recipe and I have even baked apples in it.

The Little Dipper keeps dips nice and hot and for that it is a super product. Only wish they would come up with is a removable insert for ease in cleaning the Little Dipper....because the cord is attached it cannot be submerged.

Little Dipper

by Jill, NY
October 5, 2009

I have to say I use this as a jewelry pickle, not for cooking. I would have rather had
an on/off switch and a high/low setting, but it does the job! I wouldn't go off and
leave it on.
