Turkey Brine Instructions: Select a brining bag or a pot large enough to hold a 14-16 pound turkey. Combine the contents of this package with 2 gallons of water in the bag or pot and submerge the turkey in the brining liquid, weighting it down if necessary. Brine for 6-8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from brine, pat dry and proceed with oven roasting or grilling.
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Dried Apples, Dried Onion, Sugar, Spices.

I had the best turkey. Every piece was eat. This was a first. Went back & bought 5 more bags. Also, did the best loin of pork with this. May try a beef roast.
