  • MOST HELPFUL REVIEWS:

  • The only reason I do not think this is a good value for the price, is that it was not inexpensive or a bargain by my standards. But I do believe you get what you pay for and have owned other Pfaltzgraff settings in the past...it's every bit worth the money spent. It's heavy, unique and beautiful. I love it!

    I recommend this product.

  • I ordered two of these sets as a wedding present to myself. They're beautiful and serve as casual and fine dining dinnerware. My husband and I think they're gorgeous and professional looking. The only limitations are that the stoneware is not as thick as we thought it would be and that the plates are a dark burgundy and black instead of the red it looks in the cooking.com photographs. They're also much more dull than pictured, and I think they would be nicer if they were shiny and smooth. Also, the bowls are great for soup, but not large enough for cereal. The salad plates are larger than most sets and are by far the most aesthetically pleasing pieces in the set and can be used for appetizers, side dishes, and lunches as well.

    I recommend this product.
