I expected the paint on the dishes to be different but have a dinner plate that is no where near level. bought 3 sets so maybe I won't have to use it anytime soon.

I love these dishes. They are very well made and as a country girl living in the city, they bring back many wonderful memories. They are hand painted which makes each one unique and whimsical. Ordering was easy and they arrived on time. I highly recommend this product.

The chicken motif on these dishes is very cute and I like they are not oversized. Puts a smile on my face and reminds me of my own chickens in the yard everytie I use them.

has some big runs in the glaze. painting could be better. if I had known it was made in china I would not have ordered it. Overall, I do like it, but kind of disappointed. cute design and I love chickens.

Would have enjoyed more if the colors were more vivid. Was disappointed that the instructions said to use with place mats...they will scratch the tabletop. They make a good table setting and go well in my kitchen...totally match my chicken decor.

We ordered two sets of the dinnerware. The first box I opened was perfect and exceeded my expectations. We opened the second box and found the handles on two of the cups broken off. I immediately called customer service and was sent a shipping label to return the entire set. Luckely we had not damaged the shipping boxes since the manufacturer required that we return the entire set instead of just the broken cups. Even with this, I am very pleased with the dinnerware and the response I received from customer service personnel.

Paula's products are just the best. This is so beautiful and the cups are large enough to drink a nice cup of coffee. Plus, the whole set is very substantial. And, what can I say about the roosters, they are adorable and well painted. I got this on sale and am already enjoying using it even before the summer.

I love paula Deen's rooster dinnerware.It fits in with my country life. It is very substancial and easy to use.example food stays on when you are carrying it. I bought a service for 12 and want more if it is discontinued.

The glaze on some of the dinner plates was defective. I contacted the company and they replaced them. So , overall, I am satisfied with the service. The quality control on the dinnerware left something to be desired though.
