I absolutely love this flavor of hot chocolate in the store and was excited to order the product to have at home. I have made this at home several times and it does not taste good at all. I realize it will not taste the same when made at home as it does in the store, but I was surprised at the difference.

Excellent

This is as good or better than the in-store version of Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. I hope it is available off-season as well. It is a mix of hot chocolate powder and small caramel/sea salt pellets that dissolve when mixed with hot milk.

EH. Salted Caramel At Home

I think that this is better left for a trip to Starbucks. The taste is a little flat, but of course the ease of make-at-home possibly makes up for that. Knowing that you can whip up some semi-gourmet hot chocolate anytime is nice. An improvement for me would be if the chocolate flavor was a bit more prominent and the salted caramel more in the background, as I really love salty sweet treats. But I think I will pass on refills of this item.

winter warm up

The Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa mix was delicious, but it was nothing like the in-store product. It had great flavor, but it was not what I expected. I thought there was another flavor packet in the box that I overlooked. It was really great cocoa and I enjoyed it while sitting by the fire warming up. I have to make a stop to Starbucks today to get the real thing.

Disappointed

I absolutely loved the salted caramel hot chocolate that I got from the store (an hours drive away which I get maybe 2-3 times a month). I was elated when I found I could get it online. I ordered 4 boxes. After receiving my order I tried it twice, once with skim milk and once with 2%. Both were bitter. I have returned the unused portion as of yesterday.

Just wish I could buy the salt individually.

No this isn't AS good as the one in the store, but I still think it's pretty darn good! It satisfies my cravings. It is by far some of THE BEST store bought hot chocolate!!! I plan on buying more!!

This does not taste like salted caramel hot chocolate at all. It tastes like good regular hot chocolate but disappointing in that it wasn't what I wanted or spent my money on.

Meh

This product pales in comparison to the version you get at Starbucks. Even after adding whipped cream and a sea salt/turbinado sugar mixture to it and using 6 oz of milk rather than 8 oz, it was very weak tasting. Barely better than Swiss Miss.

This product is good and I think it tastes like what you get at Starbucks. It is not, nor is the one you get at Starbucks this year, like when they first brought it out 2 yrs ago or so. The hot chocolate is not as rich or creamy tasting.

Not Happy

I buy a lot of prepared coffee and hot chocolate at Starbucks and I love it.. The products I ordered are not very good. I was very disappointed in the hot cocoa mixes. The ones I buy at the grocery store are much better than these.

I really like this cocoa, I tried a lot of kind of hot cocoa but this is so good I think. And caramel in it is a good idea. But you don't sell this item in your coffee shops, and so many times they said me that "we don't have any product that you said, you confused maybe". They didn't believe about that starbucks sells hot cocoa. Maybe your employee have more information about your products...
