This product performed very well -- much better than my previous roaster. Easy clean up and uniform results on both roast beef and roasted chicken. I have only one complaint -- one of the handles does not lock upright -- otherwise excellent choice.

It's nice and big and heavy enough to distribute heat evenly. I'm happy with mine.

I wish it were a bit smaller though for my needs. If you are looking for a large roasting non-stick pan for cooking a large turkey, then this is the pan for you. Very good value.
