Our All-Clad Stainless Roasting Set comes complete with Pan, Rack and Poultry Lifters. Triple ply bonded construction and full cladding is the secret to even heat distribution across the bottom and up the sides. With the roaster’s three-inch high sidewalls, there is plenty of room for fond to develop while juices are safely contained. Rounded corners make scraping loose bits or whisking gravies exceptionally simple. Pouring off liquids from any angle is easily accomplished with the rolled rim to reduce drips. Permanent riveting also contributes to a secure grip even when the pan is loaded to full capacity. Remove the rack and the All-Clad pan is ready for a larger roast complete with surrounding vegetables.
With an 18/10 stainless interior, acidic and alkaline ingredients are safe to incorporate with other foods. Tomato-based sauces and infusions requiring wine will retain their flavorful taste while reducing the risks of leaving stains behind. A magnetic exterior allows for warming or finishing on conventional and induction cooktops as needed. I find that the lift handles are not designed right. They should angle slightly outward from the pan to provide for easier gripping & lifting lifting.

We needed a roasting pan and when this one went on sale we jumped on it! Great quality product at an awesome price! The included forks were a great bonus too! It is deep and heavy as mentioned in previous posts. The inward facing handles seemed odd at first but I realized it's probably a safety design to avoid touching the oven walls, yet they are a bit small.

It has the heft and size I expected of a roaster from All Clad. I thought the ad said it was also suitable for an induction stove but it is not. The picture is not clear but the inside of the pan is raised up which makes it difficult to use on the stove top when you are making gravy.

This was on sale and included rack and lifters. The pan is huge and should fit a very large turkey. I usually cook a 26-18 lb. turkey and have used cheaper pans in the past. Have not used it yet, but I am impressed by the quality. And what a deal with 40%+ off, free shipping and the lifters!

I needed a pan that would keep the turkey our of the drippings so that the dressing inside the turducken would not get soggy. It worked really well. It also confined the 30 pound turkey without a problem.

Simply perfection! All-Clad is by far the best in all that it makes. I have owned this for many years and paid much more for it. When I saw it was on such a great sale price I quickly purchased this last one for my mother for Christmas. She cooks turkey 6 occassions a year and I know she'll use this roaster, rack and lifters for many other items. I have always been afraid that the pans she use would slip and burn her and now with All-Clad's great handles, I feel much safer for her. Also, the lifting forks are nice and wide so I don't worry about her dropping the turkey or roast back into the pan and splashing her is she chooses not to use the rack on occassion.

One one hand this roast pan is terrific. But I think it was designed with the handles in the wrong position, rather than facing out the handles face inwards, so it's hard to lift the pan. It's as though the handles were riveted in the wrong position. I would have paid a bit more for a better designed object but now since I've used it I don't feel as though I can return it. Too, the wire great could have been another 3/4" higher.

I have been looking for an oversized roastin pan with a sturdy rack for a while. This is just what I wanted! It is sturdy and large enough for a large turkey or roast - for when you are cooking for more than just the family. Of course, you can use it for smaller items, too. I don't know how I have gotten along without it for so long!
