We were able to cook a 23 lb turkey (unstuffed) with oujr convection oven in three hours! You cannot beat that! Turkey was juicy throughout.

When I unwrapped it I couldn't believe how much it weighs. The sturdy construction and thick bottom let you use this on the stove top as well as in the oven. I am definitely glad that I purchased this and I would recommend it to anyone.

It worked fine. But my daughter in laws turkey is always SO moist. She said it was a lot because of the way she cooks it, but also because of the pan. I decided to bite the bullet with it being 1/2 price and buy the new pan, give it a try. It might have been the best turkey I've ever made. It was VERY moist. I didn't really do anything different than the pan. It browned nicely but was juicy inside, excellent. The pan is heavy & I'm sure will last me my lifetime. It's going to be great for lasagna or other dishes as well I'm sure. I TOTALLY recommend the pan! It's exactly what I had hoped it would be & more!

I just got new ovens that could hold this size pan and I cooked my first 17lb standing rib roast in it and love love love it!!!! I plan on using it for all my roast from now on. it was priced better on your sight then the stores.

Years ago, I bought a large heavy ceramic pan but it doesn't slide well in and out of the oven when it's loaded. This one does. The rack that came with it is satisfactory and the lifting forks are better than they appear. I have used this twice in the last month and I am happy with it. I wont be looking for another.

But I think it was designed with the handles in the wrong position, rather than facing out the handles face inwards, so it's hard to lift the pan. It's as though the handles were riveted in the wrong position. I would have paid a bit more for a better designed object but now since I've used it I don't feel as though I can return it. Too, the wire great could have been another 3/4" higher.

It is a little pricey, and I would not have purchased it if it had not been on sale at about 1/2 price of it's normal selling price. The pan was recommended by Alton Brown and we were very pleased with how it cooked the turkey for Thanksgiving. From what I understand, All-Clad markets their pans as American made, but the box had Made in China on it, and the turkey tongs have China stamped on them. I have no problem with that because it is an excellent product, but I read some customer reviews before purchasing the pan, and there were some people that did not like the fact it was made in China. Anyway, excellent product if a little high priced.

it also is heavy enough to roast a large turkey as well as being light enough to lift it out of the oven.
In addition to the roasting pan, I also received the rack, and the tongs.
I gave this as a gift because I had one already. It will last a lifetime and was a special gift to my sister and her husband.

I have never been able to afford to buy an entire set, so I wait until the pieces that I desire go on sale and then I purchase them. I have quite the collection. Very heavy though and add the turkey, you better have the muscles to lift it out of the oven!!! Easy to clean, I will use it again for the roast at Christmas.

It is high quality and will last a long time. Saturday after thanksgiving made a huge amount of lasagne in it. Very versatile.
