The pan and rack exceeded my expectations. The price was fabulous. I looked at Williams and Sonoma. The price @ Cooking.com was much better and we received the fabulous tongs. Marshall's had a smaller roasting pan without the roasting rack or tongs for a higher price. Go Cooking.com.!

I thought the ad said it was also suitable for an induction stove but it is not. The picture is not clear but the inside of the pan is raised up which makes it difficult to use on the stove top when you are making gravy.

The included forks were a great bonus too! It is deep and heavy as mentioned in previous posts. The inward facing handles seemed odd at first but I realized it's probably a safety design to avoid touching the oven walls, yet they are a bit small.

It is the best roaster I've ever owned! I guess to sum it all up, I'd have to say, "If it's All-Clad you can't go wrong!"

The turkey rack made things easy and so did the lifters. Clean-up was a breeze...or so my daughter-in-law told me:) Why anyone would fool around with those flimsy, foil throw-away pans is beyond me when this is so sturdy, so easy and produces a beautifully roasted turkey.

Heavy, sturdy, easy to handle, and nice looking too. We have slowly upgraded out kitchen cook and prep ware over the last 5 years and this piece just adds "buy quality, buy it once"!

The forks that came with it made for easy removal of the turkey. I had a 28 lb. bird in this pan. It was a snug fit but the bird was fully cooked, moist and the skin was golden brown. Everyone loved it and I was very proud to show off my new pan.

It is built extremely well and the clean-up was amazingly easy. What a killer value! We have been looking at this roaster for years but just couldn't justify the cost. It is an exquisite pan however, very very heavy......with my 20 lb. turkey in it , it was mighty weighty.
