I have been looking for an oversized roastin pan with a sturdy rack for a while. This is just what I wanted! It is sturdy and large enough for a large turkey or roast - for when you are cooking for more than just the family. Of course, you can use it for smaller items, too. I don't know how I have gotten along without it for so long!

I have owned this for many years and paid much more for it. When I saw it was on such a great sale price I quickly purchased this last one for my mother for Christmas. She cooks turkey 6 occassions a year and I know she'll use this roaster, rack and lifters for many other items. I have always been afraid that the pans she use would slip and burn her and now with All-Clad's great handles, I feel much safer for her. Also, the lifting forks are nice and wide so I don't worry about her dropping the turkey or roast back into the pan and splashing her is she chooses not to use the rack on occassion.

I usually cook a 26-18 lb. turkey and have used cheaper pans in the past. Have not used it yet, but I am impressed by the quality. And what a deal with 40%+ off, free shipping and the lifters!
