Nonstick Roasting Pan with Rack, (16x13x4-in.

It is exactly what I wanted in a a roasting pan with rack. And it's depth makes it work as a lasagne pan, which I do not have to purchase separately, as I had planned. I will line it with parchment foil before baking lasagne, but it cleans easily after roasting.

My daughter in laws loved it

I bought the pan for one of my daughter in laws and my other daughter in law commented that she loved it my son said that the pan was great as it cleaned up perfectly even as they cooked a ham and the glaze stuck to the pan but cleaned up beautifully Of course I ordered the pan for my admiring daughter in law She loved it So worth it Happy in laws Happy me

Cshphalon Is Hard To Beat

I have been using the hard anodized line (not non=stick) for years and couldn't be happier with the quality, performance, it's easy clean-up and it's real value especially when compared to other brands. Stainless steel is the great if you can afford it, but it's hard to beat hard anodized Calphalon for effortless everyday use. l

Arrived Thanksgiving Eve. Just in time for our turkey dinner. Easy to use - taking in and out of the oven to baste the turkey and to check the temperature.

"Commercial" Roasting Pan

Don't be fooled by this products "commercial" label. This pan does not measure up to Calphalon's commercial line. While the hard-anodized pan does come close, it is not nearly the heft of all their other commercial pans. But, the biggest problem with this pan is the non-stick rack. Upon its first use in a 350 degree oven, the rack melted to the roasting pan wherever the rack touched the pan. Calphalon promptly offered to replace the pan, but that will not solve the problem. Calphalon needs to redesign the rack from a material that won't melt or delaminate. For now, the only way to insure that we don't ingest the non-stick coating is to put aluminum foil between the pan and the rack. We just have to hope the rack won't delaminate on the actual food we're cooking. This rack is a health hazard.

Purchased this roaster because I needed a larger pan for turkey roasting and after I read all the reviews I decided on this one. I cooked a smaller pork roast in it the other night by browning it first in the pan on top of my gas cook top the finishing it in the oven. My sauerkraut was the best ever, browned and delicious!

Great pan for everything I do

Love to cook and large amounts is something that happens often, so having a pan like this is a wonderful thing. It holds a huge amount of bake macroni as well as a large roast and all the potatoes, carrots you need for a large family get together.

DISAPPOINTED

After first use surface of pan is discolored and it appears to have lost some of its non-stick quality. The "nonstick" rack appears to have had the same reaction. Pan was prepared using enclosed instructions. Disappointed!!!

Amazingly Awesome!

I ordered this roasting pan and received it 4 days before Christmas. I used it on Christmas day to roast our turkey for dinner and WOW...the turkey turned out amazing and my husband was extremely happy with how easy it cleaned up!!! We LOVE it!!

Large and in charge

I like the tall walls, non stick rack and size. Maybe it's a little too big for my needs. I like the ability to broil with it.

I got this item when it was on sale. I don't think that it would be a good value at its list price
