I actually purchased these cookie sheets as a gift for a person who likes to bake holiday cookies. The person had specified a cookie sheet without sides. I didn't think that trying to find a cookie sheet without sides would be so hard to find but it was. That is why I ended up at Cooking.com as no one seemed to carry this type of item.
I was really pleased with the quality of the item for the price. I just may replace my 30+ year cookie sheets with these. They're that great!
At last--the right cookie sheet!
I bake a lot for my family & friends and have been totally delighted with this cookie sheet. My other sheets had a tendency to brown too much or too little on the bottom while getting the top right. This one gives me a perfect brown on both sides, does not stick & is easy to clean. I have searched for this for years
and will now be giving away all the others I have collected!
Great pan, need to adjust to lighter color
I love this pan. Have made a few batches of cookies with it. I've used darker colored pan for the past 20 years, so I need to adjust to using a lighter colored pan. However, I love the size and cookies turn our great.

These baking sheets are, if you'll pardon the expression: A Godsend ! They are like no other baking sheet I've ever used. I'm 68, a grandmother, and have baked too many cookies to count. My favorites are Biscott and a four ingredient cookie I teach the children to make. Having these cookies not brown too much (and bake throughout) is a challenge. I no longer have that problem. Baking has become a pleasure, beyond belief.
