As good as the baguette pan
Bought this to make big fat baguettes (French bread). Tried it with a Ciabatta recipe and it worked awesome. Non-stick, great performance.

I used this pan to make 2 loaves of sourdough bread. It made the best, most uniform looking loaves. Definitley a good buy!!!

I'd like the pan to also be offered in a longer length so you can bake loave closer to true French baguettes. Admittetly, the real loaves do not fit a standard Amerian home oven, but I'd have bought a 20" size instead of 16" were one available.
