Broken Piece

The sharpening knife handle was broken. And to send it all the way to New York I think is a little crazy.

The best knives I have ever owned they slice through a tomatoe like butter NO MESS they are auwsome you can't go wrong purchaing them

Henckels International 17 pc. set

I first found these knives in a store marked for $229 and almost bought them. But I decided to look online first to see if I could find them any cheaper. The price of this set on COOKING.COM is EXTREMELY low. And an excellent product for the money. I am thoroughly pleased!

I love these knives

My parents want a set of these knives now after helping me cook dinner one night. I couldn't wait to use these when I got htem. They came just as expected and the block is beautiful. They are balanced and work great.

My first GOOD knife set

I am very pleased with this set. I read reviews and did research before making this purchase. It is and EXCELLENT product and value. I really have no complaints what so ever. The person who had trouble keeping the handles clean worried me a bit, however I have had NO trouble. I don't believe you will be disappointed with this purchase. ENJOY!

Great price

I do a lot of cooking and truly enjoy these knives. And I LOVE the fact that they COME with a sharpener so, you don't have to mail anything in. The only thing that threw me off is the fact that there are two empty slots. I wasn't expecting that, but it is a 17 pc. set. Perhaps they are there for future additions if desired. But they are gorgeous. They sit right on top of my counter. Overall, good product.

These knives are great. I'm not a professional cook, but I am very pleased with my purchase. I've wanted a good set of knives for a long time, and finally splurged and got myself this set. They're very lightweight and fits well in my hand. Many people complained about these knives getting rust spots. In the directions they tell you to handwash them. If you follow the directions they do not rust. I feel these are well worth the money!!!

a fairly good product

i was dissapointed that there were empty spaces in the wooden block.

I am just thrilled with these knives. They make preparing dinner soooo much nicer. The handles are comfortable to hold and the blades are very sharp. Even cutting through cabbage is a breeze. I'm so happy with this set that I plan on buying a set for my mother for her birthday.

Excellent sharpness, nice grip handles, easy to use.

difficult to clean

Not only do these knives need to be hand-washed, they are very difficult to dry and polish because of the brushed steel. Good useage, very sharp, and handle well, but such problem to clean and polish I tend to not use them.

Precision in Cutlery

Bought these without my wife's permission (I know...I sinned). Both of us have been incredibly happy with this new set of Henckels. Elegant finish, well weighted/balanced, and classic handsome design. The price-point really seals the deal. Still, kinda funny that they gave two empty slots in the block, but I' not complaining! You easily could spend $600 for a set of cutlery, and never notice the difference between the two.

Knives

I am no chef by any means. I have bought a few knife sets in my years. This has to be the best hands down set of knives i have ever paid for. They cut smooth easy to handle and look great in the kitchen.

We were very pleased as soon as we opened the box! Not professional chefs by any means, but in need of a sharp knife in our kitchen we searched the stores and then decided to look online. We would recommed this set to anyone needing sharp knives in their kitchen!
