Nice tight grid. Large size equals versatile

Purchased because recommended by CI. Works super as a cooling rack but also as a cooking rack. Fits perfectly inside a half-sheet baking pan which I use almost daily. Most recipes I use call for this item and I had been using whatever rack I had purchased on sale locally. I now see that this allows me to use the entire half sheet and the grid it tight enough to stop items from falling through. It keeps meet out of the released fat drippings, cleans up easily, and also can be used as intended, to cool hot pans from the oven. LUV IT.

This cooling rack is of great quality. It is good for cooling baked goods, as well as draining foods such as fried chicken. The grid is small, so nothing falls through. It is easily cleaned by turning upside-down and soaking in a 4-sided baking sheet(half sheet size) filled with hot, soapy water.

I couldn't find a rack anywhere out there that would fit inside a sheet pan. I actually bought one elsewhere before realizing that it didnt' have cross grids. Since I was using it to cook things like veggies that could fall through the slats, I quickly returned it. The way the rack fits in the sheet pan was a big seller for me. The cross grids also are a plus. It's an excellent product that I would highly recommend!

This rack is versatile. I not only use it for cooling baked gods but put it on a cookie sheet to bake certain meat dishes. Americas Test Kitchen uses these racks for all sorts of baking recipes that I wanted to try, that's why I purchased it.Couldn't find it in cookware stores.

The 17x12-in. Cooling Rack is terrific. The size fits perfectly inside a 1/2 sheet baking pan - useful for many recipes.

Even with the occasional baking I do having a decent cooling rack is great. I should have purchased one long ago. This one fits just right in my baking pans so crumbs, etc. are easily caught.

Make sure to spray your cooling racks with a non-stick spray first. I am a little disappointed. I ordered 2 racks and 2 jelly roll pans and even though the sizes say they should fit together nicely, they don't. I don't know whose fault it is, the racks or the pans.

This was just what I needed for both cooling baked goods and cooking meats that I didn't want sitting in grease in a baking dish. Cleans up easily in the dishwasher.

This is one of the best cooling racks I've ever owned. One reason is because it actually has 3 sets of 'feet' not just two -- so the center is supported. It's easy to clean, and fits nicely into a 18 inch jelly roll pan.

The grid size is perfect. Can roast grape tomatoes without them falling through the grid. However, I cannot find a sheet pan that is the proper size for the cooling rack. Do you have one?

These racks are great "work-horses". I replaced my non-gridded racks because I got tired of cookies falling through . . . no more problem. And the squares are small enough that you don't end up with a checkerboard formation on the bottom of your cakes.
Well worth the money.

They are a great product. They are sturdy and large. My only complaint is that they don't fit in my Chicago Jelly Roll Pan. I guess I'll have to buy a bigger pan.
