This is a nice, heavy cookie sheet pan. I am not sure about how the coating will hold up over time, but I expect that with care it will become nicely seasoned. Beautiful pans for the price.

I used it tonight for the first time. The oven was set at 425. It warped. I don't understand how they could sell a product like this. Calphalon used to mean quality. This piece of quality is going back to China.

I bake cookies at least once a week and bought this since I've only been using one sheet for ,well as long as I can remember. I am a huge Calphalon fan and figured I couldn't go wrong with this and I was right.
If you bake as much as I do then I would totally recommend this cookie sheet. Everything turns out perfect on this. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This cookie sheet is so durable. Its thick, has a great grip side, super larger & works wonderful.
