Best Cookie Sheet I Ever Had

After reading all the great review, I must add mine to it -- this cookie sheet is fantastic! I used parchment paper, as recommended, and each cookie came out perfectly browned and delicious.

The only problem was I had to be put the cookie sheet in my oven sideways as the sheet is quite large. I will definitely be buying these again, except in a smaller size.

LOVE<LOVE<LOVE this cookie sheet... I have purchased many cookie sheets both cheap and expensive and everything in between and this is the best..In fact, this is my second one I ordered..I have only baked cookies on it so far and th do not stick, pan does not warp, no teflon particles to come off and cooks cookies evenly..
You will not be disappointed.....only one suggestion...silicone edges for easy of handling and non-burn as you take it out of the oven...
The best!!! Sure I'll be back for more for my kids..

Have used these to bake cookies half a dozen times -- and cookie bottoms are perfect! No more uneven baking with the bottoms coming out too dark. Wish I'd bought these 25 years ago! But looking forward to 25 years of perfect cookies ahead!

Heavy Duty Cookie Sheets

After reading on this web site that they call these sheets the Holy Grail of Cookie Sheets, I believe them. They are very heavy for a Cookie Sheet. The sheets are flat on the long side and have a curled edge on the short side. There is a hole in the bottom of the sheet near the end of the short side so you can hang them on a nail or hook. They are made from aluminum so they should and will last forever. A little pricey but I did say forever.

I've had my 17x14 in. Cookie Sheet by Vollrath Co for a couple months and just love it! I've done cookies and once did a fish patty which tends to really sick and it easily came clean. It's heavier than the typical cookie sheet but that hasn't been a problem. I'll be getting one for my daughter soon.

Top Notch Cookie Sheet

After using this cookie sheet for a couple of weeks I donated my other ones to a local charity. The quality is exceptional, cookies bake evenly and what a breeze to clean. I'm going to order more. The price is a little high but in the end I'm sure it will long outlast the lesser expensive ones sold at local stores.

Heavy duty, so they don't warp in oven. Also cookies bake evenly, no burnt bottoms. Also they clean up very good.

Wonderful cookie sheet

I bought two of these to bake Christmas cookies with as I have a new convection oven. The oven book said it was best not to have sides on the cookie sheets. I love these, they made the most beautiful perfect cookies. I know I will buy two more, they are worth every penny. Such quality materials. Couldn't be more pleased and I have been baking for 35 years!!!

I think you'd be hard pressed to do better than this cookie sheet. It has been fantastic so far!

First batch of cookies

Made my first batch of cookies using the Vollrath cookie sheet. I did use parchment paper on the sheet as the cookies were very delicate. They turned out perfectly. My other sheets would buckle in the oven but not this one. I have a normal size oven and had no problems with the extra size.

Lived up to the hype! This baking sheet is truly the best for baking any kind of cookie - none can compare!

Wow!!

I bake a LOT; this cookie sheet is really strong and bakes evenly; I think it will last forever. It is a lot of cookie sheet for the price.

Vollrath Cookie Sheets

I have been baking and cooking for over 50 years and believe these are the nicest cookie sheets I have ever owned. I have just recently received them, so have not had time to use them a lot. They appear to be very durable and should last a life time. Ask me again in a few months and I can give you a more concise review. So far, I am very pleased with these cookie sheets.
