I expected a high quality cookie sheet for the price. Instead, I received a scratched, slightly crooked product.

Bought these as a result of a recommendation I read in Cook's Illustrated. They seemed a bit pricey but after using them once I was sold on them. They have elevated cooking baking to a new high.

Wonderful cookie sheet

This is the best cookie sheet I have ever used. Cookies don't burn and the cookie sheet is easy to clean.

Great cookie pan!

I am a cookie baker and so many of my recipes contain butter, which is a very fussy ingredient . . . even 30 seconds too long in the oven and they can be beyond the point they should be.
Even tho this could be considered a pricey cookie sheet, there are actually much more expensive ones on the market, and this performs so well, I feel it is reasonably priced for the results it gives.

25 years ago I received cookie sheets for a wedding gift. They were purchased by a cook at my high school through the supplier for the school cafeteria. I have used them all of these years and love them. They are not coated with anything just heavy duty aluminum cookie sheets. My daughter is getting married and I wanted the same for her and couldn't find anything that compared until I found Vollrath Co. on cooking.com I ordered 2 and love them. They are even wider than mine. I was thrilled. My daughter was too. She had looked in the stores but found nothing she liked, she stated she just wanted some just like mom's! Now she has some that are even bigger! Thanks for still making a great quality product!

I've used these a few times. They are a nice weight and don't buckle in the oven. The size is great. Cookies came off the sheets easily and were evenly browned.

Vollrath cookie sheet

I haven't had time to use it extensively, but have been totally pleased so far. Cookies turn out beautifully, especially if you use parchment paper. This cookie sheet does not warp. Size is no problem because I can get almost as many cookies on one sheet as I used to place on two. I am getting accustomed to the heavier weight and am very happy I made the purchase.

I love ,love these cookie sheets! The price was unbelievable for this quality of the cookie sheets. I have seen these cookie sheets in kitchen stores for a much higher price. The baking is excellent.

Best ever

Bake away!. Cookies slide off with no sticking. They bake evenly and these sheets seem to extend the heat and time ranges needed to get a well baked cookie. Even when I mess up, the sheet seems to bail me out. Haven't found anything that compares. Well worth the money. Shows you what real junk sheets are.

Love these cookie sheets!

I bought these cookie sheets a few years back to replace my flimsy cheap ones. They had been recommended in Cook's Illustrated. I wasn't disappointed. They are thick so they don't buckle in the oven and conduct heat well. When my daughter asked for cookie sheets for Christmas, I ordered her the same ones. Now we both love them!

This was a gift for my daughter. I found it very solid and a little heavy but also very high quality. She like it.

Best Cookie Sheets Ever!

I love these cookie sheets and use them all the time. I bought them because they were rated so highly by Cooks Illustrated. I have not been disappointed. The cookie sheets are very study and are not the least bit warped even after a year or so in use. I just bought 4 more so I can make more cookies at once.

Great Cookie Sheets!

I tried out a chocolate cookie recipe with these cookie sheets and they turned out perfect! On my non-stick airbake sheets they ran together and baked unevenly. Would highly recommend these heavy gauge aluminum professional cookie sheets.

I love these cookie sheets! The cookies brown evenly and slide right off the pan when they are done. These cookie sheets will last a lifetime. They are worth every penny. I have recommended them to several other people who are going to also order them.

If you are a cookie baker, do yourself a favor and get these.

After reading reviews for this cookie sheet, I went ahead and purchased one. Glad I did. It bakes my cookie bottoms evenly and they don't get too brown before the rest of the cookie has a chance to cook through. It is very sturdy and retains the heat longer after being removed from the oven. Needs to cool down for a longer period of time before you can do another batch.

I read about the cookie sheet in a chocolate magazine. They had tried several brands and yours rated the best of all. I ordered one for each of my three daughters. They were pleased. I will have to let you know how well they fared. It was a Christmas gift. I will order other things.

No More Burned Cookies

I have been looking for a cookie sheet for a long time that does not burn the bottom of the cookies and I finally found it with this purchase. The cookies bake evenly and do not stick to the pan. I have been using one old, beat up, stained pan for baking cookies for years because I was unable to find a new one that did not burn the cookies. Now I have 3 pans that are exceptional (my husband had also ordered these pans without my knowledge). Very pleased.
