Best cookie sheet - CI is correct, as usual

Bought this cookie sheet because it is the one recommended by Cooks Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen. They are right, as usual. I used this one with parchment paper and got much better results than with the non-stick cookie sheets I have been using.

I always trust Cook's magazine, and they came through on this product, as usual. This cookie sheet is the best I've ever used, and I've been baking for many years.

too heavy

It is just too heavy for my liking. I can't send it back becasue the shipping to do so just makes it seems foolish. I am not usiing it and am VERY disappointed.

Awesome cookie sheets

I had purchased three of these a year ago and fell in love with them. I have a double oven, so decided to buy 3 more this year since we love to bake cookies over the holidays and having all of these pans allows us to bake large batches without delays waiting for pans to cool. I love these cookie sheets! They are large but do fit in our GE Profile Convection oven (barely)!

great cookie sheets, holds alot of cookies. When I put them to bake they didn't stick , baked great, didn't burn.

Very heavy stainless, bakes evenly.

Does a great job of baking evenly where my old sheets did not. Wish there was a Silpat of the same size to order with them. Otherwise, a very good investment--the last cookie sheets I'll ever need to buy.

Worst cookie sheets I've ever owned

Either I'm using these cookie sheets in the wrong way or they are by far the worst product I've ever used. I cannot get cookies to brown or bake in a manner that is acceptable. Thinking it was either my dough or oven, I tried another cookie sheet that I have (and thought I was replacing with a far superior product since they have a lot of age and wear) and the cookies came out fine. I have tried the Vollraths on other cookie types and still have had no success. After reading all the rave reviews, I can't understand why I am having such a horrible experience with them. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

I have had numerous cookie sheets over many years, and was never really happy with any of them. I recently purchased this cookie sheet because cooks illustrated recommended this cookie sheet. I baked oatmeal raisin nut cookies and they were the best ever! Don't hesitate, buy this cookie sheet!

Good but not perfect

It's a solid cookie sheet, and bakes VERY nicely and very evenly - 5 stars for that - but I'm subtracting a star because it scratches too easily. I scratched it already with a PLASTIC spatula with no rough edge. Scratching it will affect the baking of some of the stuff, for instance making spritz cookies with no parchment or grease on the pan. I won't be able to put a cookie where the scratch is because it will stick. This is a really minor complaint, and won't affect baking ANYTHING else that I can think of.
