Hard to find locally. Found them here no a bad price. Made over a dozen baguettes on them so far. To me it makes a difference using these pans and just using a sheet. I like them.thank you.

I used this yesterday and the crust is perfect all the way around each of the three loaves. The pan is easy to use, light in weight and nothing stuck, nothing burned. I am very glad I purchased this item.

I used the pan for sourdough baguettes, and it is of excellent quality. It cleaned easily, too. I previously owned a sandwich restaurant and used baguette pans every day...this one is even better than the restaurant pans I had.
