Our Blueberry Doughnuts are full of tiny, wild Maine blueberries dipped in a sweet sugary glaze, for perfect light, cake-like consistency doughnut which you can make right in your own kitchen.
From your pantry you will need for the doughnuts:
For the glaze:
Directions for doughnuts: Grease and or spray a doughnut pan. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Pour doughnut mix (Packet 1) into a bowl. Add milk, egg and melted butter. Beat well to combine. Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each doughnut well « full. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- cup butter, melted

- 2-3 Tbsp. milk
