Just when You thought you couldn't Kick It Up

I'm always trying some new and different flavor tricks with my new smoker/grill. Emeril's Kicked Up BBQ Sauce just gives me another pistol in my holster, loaded and ready to rock. With the hickory wood chips smoking, I mix the Kicked Up sauce in with the water bath that surrounds the wood chips! ALL the neighbors are, once again, standing at the fence!

I first found your BBQ sauce in my Publix Supermarket some years ago. At that time I tried it and thought it was the Best BBQ sauce I had ever tasted. I used it exclusively until it suddenly disappeared from the Publix shelved. I was not able to find it in any other stores either. Several weeks ago my Wife was on Emeril;s web site and found it was available for sale there. I ordered 4 bottoles that day. I received the BBQ without any problem. However I have used it several times and found that the TAST is not at all what I remembered. I feel that you must have changed the reciepe since it was in the markets. Currently it has a VERY STRONG Vinager flavor, (Which I DO_NOT) like. I will open some of the other bottles to verify the flavor, and if I tast the Vinager, I won't be re-ordering this product or reccomendint this BBQ sauce to anyone else.

I bought this sauce when I lived in VA and FL and was VERY disappointed not to find it in stores in TX. I take one bottle of the Kicked Up sauce, one bottle of Sweet & Easy, one cup of apple cider vinegar, 6 oz of cane syrup, and 3-5 good shots of sriracha and shake it up good...............mmmmmmm....mmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!! Haven't been able to find anything that comes close to this sauce.
