A truly wonderful cutting board - and just what I was looking for - a reversible board which is flat on one side and grooved on the other side for carving meats. Heavy, sturdy, very high quality.

It came in handy for the Thanksgiving turkey!!

Showing wear after only a few months

The board is heavy, which is all right. But I expected it to age gracefully. We have had it for only six months, and it's already developed cracks and separations between the boards. The cutting surfaces are still fine, but since we use this for serving, the cosmetic flaws are a real disappointment.

This cutting board will last. Others are too thin and separate easily.

Best Board ever

This was a replacement for a similar wood board. This one is superior to the one I had. I used some of the Boos mystery oil and it has held up to a lot of cutting and slicing.

My previous cutting board was more expensive but curled up like potato chip after a few uses. This board holds it's shape and is a great size for almost all tasks.

I just love this board. The maple texture and smooth cutting surface both make food prep a wonderful experience.

Expensive, but good quality board.

This board is much thicker compared to other boards I had in the past which should prevent it from folding due to frequent exposure to moisture. I used it for 3 weeks, and so far it held up well.

The Great Boos board!

I have been waiting a long time to purchase a top of the line cutting board, and this is it! A perfect size and not too heavy. I use one side for meats and the other for veggies and herbs. Love .t!

This is a nice cutting board for the price. The fact that it is reversible is good for storage in small spaces. We've just had it for a couple of weeks but expect that it will get a lot of use.

The board is not sanded well enough in final process.

Also too expensive for the quality. In the past when i purchased BOOS products explicit care instructions an a bottle of mineral oil was provided.

Excellent quality. Reversible utility. Just the right size. Our fourth board, this one will stay in the counter and be in everyday use. I expect that it will last a life time with a little care.

Good quality and a strong board. I have only used it to chop and mince vegetables so far. I like the fact that it came with care instructions. I like the double side and drip edge that it has.

I had been shopping for a cutting board for several weeks, in brick and mortar stors as well as on line. I found the same cutting board in a very exclusive little cookware store but was put off by the price. When I cam by this item on cooking.com I was thrilled. It is exactly what I wanted, it is beautiful to look at and sits perfectly on my counter. Thank you for a high quality item at a very reasonable price!

Well made, large enough to chop several vegetables, but not so large that you mind taking it to the sink for cleaning.

The cutting board is great... and I called Boos customer service for a care quesition with great assistance, etc.

Very sturdy wooden cutting board

I've been thinking about buying a high-quality wooden cutting board for years and finally splurged for this Boos Block. I haven't been disappointed. The board is very sturdy and great for chopping meat and slicing veggies. The gravy channel should be helpful for carving roast meat and poultry. The surface is actually very easy to wash. One thing to keep in mind is that this board is VERY thick, at 1.5". The upside of the thickness is that the board does not slide around. The downside is that it is very heavy and a bit unwieldy when washing in the sink. Overall a great buy.
