I have previously cooked and baked professionally. This is the best quality half sheet pan which will fit into conventional household ovens and will last a lifetime. I have seen this pan with a Teflon coating which is both impractical and unnecessary as most experienced bakers use parchment paper.

this is exactly what I was looking for. has the built in air layer so it cooks evenly and doesn't buckle. don't think I'll use the plastic lid much, but nice as an option.
