this is exactly what I was looking for. has the built in air layer so it cooks evenly and doesn't buckle. don't think I'll use the plastic lid much, but nice as an option.

I made Dear Abby's brownies in it and it makes a 6 & 1/2 doz. loved it also I am going to try a sheet cake soon I also used it to cool pasta I was making for a party lol !
